Not the right fit? No problem. You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items for a full refund.

How to return

1. Tell us. Email berryson78@tutamail.com with your order number and the items you want to return. You will get a reply with confirmation within 2 working days.
2. Pack it up. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with their original labels attached. Please use the original packaging if you can.
3. Send it back within 14 days of telling us, to:

Unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item, you pay the cost of sending it back to us. We recommend a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.

Refunds

We refund the item price and the standard delivery cost of your order within 14 days of receiving your return (or proof of postage, if earlier), to your original payment method. If you only return part of an order, the original delivery cost is not refunded.

Exchanges

Need a different size? The quickest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order, so you are sure to get your size before it sells out.

Faulty or wrong item?

Sorry about that. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will sort out a replacement or full refund — including return postage. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are explained in our Terms & Conditions.

These returns terms are in addition to, and do not affect, your statutory rights.
