Noise Lifestyle
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
This policy explains how Noise Lifestyle collects and uses your personal data when you visit our website, buy from us or contact us, and the rights you have under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is MARTELL LUMA, a private individual based in the United States, trading as Noise Lifestyle, 1237 48th Ave, Meridian, MS 39307, United States. For anything to do with your data, contact us at berryson78@tutamail.com.
2. What we collect
- Identity and contact details — name, delivery and billing address, email address and phone number.
- Order details — the products you buy, prices, delivery method and order history.
- Payment details — handled directly by our payment providers. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details (such as card type and last four digits), never your full card number.
- Account details — if you create an account: your login and saved addresses.
- Communications — messages you send us by email, our contact form, WhatsApp or social media.
- Marketing preferences — whether you have subscribed to our newsletter.
- Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, and how you use our website, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
3. How we use it and our legal basis
- To process and deliver your order, handle returns and provide customer service — performance of our contract with you.
- To keep accounting and tax records — legal obligation.
- To prevent fraud and keep our website secure — our legitimate interests.
- To improve our website and products using aggregated statistics — our legitimate interests, and your consent where cookies are involved.
- To send you our newsletter and offers — your consent (or, if you are an existing customer, our legitimate interest in telling you about similar products, which you can opt out of at any time).
- To show you relevant adverts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Google — only with your consent to marketing cookies.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the store, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- our website hosting and e-commerce software providers;
- payment providers (for example Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay or Google Pay — whichever you choose at checkout);
- delivery companies (for example Royal Mail, Evri, DPD or DHL) — name, address, email or phone to deliver your parcel;
- email and newsletter services;
- analytics and advertising partners — only if you have accepted the relevant cookies;
- professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it.
5. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and some of our service providers are located outside the UK. Where your data is transferred outside the UK, we make sure it is protected by an appropriate safeguard recognised under UK law — for example a UK adequacy regulation (including the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified), or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Order and payment records: 6 years after the end of the financial year, for tax and legal purposes.
- Customer account: until you ask us to delete it, or after 3 years of inactivity.
- Customer service messages: up to 2 years after the matter is closed.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
7. Your rights
You have the right to: access the data we hold about you; have it corrected; have it deleted; restrict or object to our use of it (including at any time to direct marketing); receive it in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email berryson78@tutamail.com. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
8. Security
Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to customer data is limited to people who need it to run the store. No system is completely secure, but we take appropriate measures to protect your data.
9. Children
Our website is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
